Sabre must be notified via e-mail or in writing, within 7 working days of delivery, if the consumer wishes to return any goods received. All carriage charges incurred will be borne by the consumer. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Sabre reserves the right to refuse the return subject to the goods being of merchantable quality. The cost of any damage incurred in transit to products being returned will be borne by the consumer. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether they require a refund or an exchange if the product is available.
Manufacturing faults can soon be detected. If you feel that any of your products appear to show any manufacturing fault please return within 14 days of purchase. A full refund or replacement will be issued within 5 working days. If you wish to return an item please send us an email or call us on 07957 261 578. If you require the delivery charge to be refunded please include the receipt for postage within the returning package. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of a product we will endeavor to rectify any problem or misgivings that you have to the best of our ability.
